Very unprofessional and rude. I called them to set up an appointment, but the whole conversation started to heat up before we could even agree on the date and time. It got to the point when the person started commenting on my words not even bothering to cover the phone. She did that several times and then just dropped the call. I called back and she pretended she was another person (!). Unbelievable.
While I wasn't able to access this branch's services, I called to try to set up an appointment, and the woman on the other end was of no help, she seemed annoyed that I had called, and basically made it clear she didn't want my business. I strongly recommend the Berlin branch, as they were extremely helpful from the getgo!
After deciding the fee was too high compared to online services. The woman that worked on my case notified her manager who felt the need to yell at me in front of my wife and child. I was also put on a "list". I thanked the woman who who worked on my case and left. I will not be returning to this location. The worst customer service I've seen in a long time.
