My experiences with Pack and Send Plus have always been positive. The staff is friendly and accommodating whenever I need to send something. They will do anything to make sure I get top quality service. I have never had a shipping problem with them but have had with other shipping stores. Pack and Send Plus cares about customer service which is very apparent when you speak with the owner. That's another thing, the owner is always on premises to help.
Everyone is always very nice and helpful! I use them weekly for copies which are always done very quickly and at a great price. I email the copies and get an email back saying they are done! I love that they are open until 6:00pm because i can go after work to ship stuff and also drop off stuff to have shredded and at a very cheap price! We have used them for years and will continue to recommend them to everyone!!!
IF YOU NEED TO USE FEDEX OR UPS GO THERE BUT FOR ANY OTHER REASON STAY AWAY. GO TO STAPLES IT IS A 20 MINUTE DRIVE FROM THERE. IM ALL FOR SUPORTING LOCAL BUT THE MAIN ISSUE IS AT THIS STORE THERE ARE 4 SEPERATE "OWNERS" HOPEFULLY YOU TALK TO THE SAME ONE
Best Western, Waterbury, delivered an item on October 16, 2017, at 16:30:19, to be shipped to me in Texas, via 2 day delivery. It was clocked in at Pack & Send Plus on Oct. 16, 2017. The ship date on the address label was Oct. 17, 2017. It didn't arrive at my house until OCT. 20, 2017 at 7:15 p.m. According to the receipt on the inside of the package, I paid $10.15 for the box and labor, and $22.46 for what they called Package ID. It took 3 days to arrive, and I paid for 2nd day delivery. The contents of the box was a shawl which didn't even make the scale move: yet it was shipped in a corrugated 12x09x06 BOX which didn't weigh a pound. Whoever runs this place is really padding their costs to non-locals. Some may even use stronger language. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. I don't imagine Best Western cared, as they didn't pay for it. In fact, I had to be very insistent before they finally acknowledged they had the shawl.
NOT IMPRESSED BY THIS STORE, VERY LIMITED SELECTION OF BASIC PACKING MATERIALS, VERY PRICEY. THEY DO MAKE SIGNS AND BUISNESS RELATED MATERIALS BUT IT WAS ABOUT 2-3 TIMES THE COST OF STAPLES, BUT IT WAS CONVINENT SO I HAD THEM MAKE ME THE SIGNS I WAS TOLD ONE PRICE WHICH WE AGREED UPON I PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD BUT WHEN I WENT TO PICK THE SIGNS UP THE PRICE CHANGED BECAUSE OF "COMPUTER DESIGN COST AT $40/HR" IT LITTURALLY WAS 3 WORDS AND A CLIP ART PICTURE OF A COFFEE CUP AND THEY SAID IT TOOK 2.5 HOURS SO THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN. OH YEAH THE OWNERS DAUGHTER WAS THE COMPUTER DESIGNER AND I EVEN TOLD THEM I HAD THE SIGN DESIGNED ON MY FLASH DRIVE, BUT THEY SAID NOT TO WORRY.
I had Pack & Send blow up some old pictures for a memorial service for my Dad. The pictures turned out great, mounted on foam board - perfect for this gathering. The service was prompt and the price was very reasonable. Although I hope I am not doing this again in the near future if I was I would certainly have them do it again. Thanks Pack & Send!
